摘要
以二甘醇和乙炔气为原料,以钾配制的醇钾溶液为催化剂,探索不同实验条件对转化率的影响,得出较适宜的工艺条件,反应时间8 h,反应温度175℃,催化剂用量为原料量的7.1%,转化率达60%以上.
Diethylene glycol vinyl ether was synthesized with DEG and acetylene gas as raw materials and potassium metal as the catalyst.The influences of fractional conversion in different experiments conditions were studied.The results indicated that the conversion rate of reaction was above 60% when the reaction time was above 8 hours,reaction temperature was above 175℃ and the catalyst amount is 7.1% of raw materials.
