Impact of plateau training on PAPF recruit's cardiovascular function

摘要 目的 观察武警新兵高原训练对心血管功能的影响,为探讨新兵高原习服提供科学依据.方法 实验于2008年在成都和拉萨完成.受试者分为平原籍男性组、平原籍女性组.用XXG-E3型自动心血管功能诊断仪记录平原、高原训练前和训练结束时的脉搏图,并同步测量肱动脉血压.结果 ①与高原训练前比较,高原训练后平原籍男性组和平原籍女性组心脏指数增加(P<0.001),心搏功指数、心肌血流灌注量、心肌血流需要量的变化差异无统计学意义;男性搏出量、心搏指数、有效循环血量增加(P<0.05);女性脉搏速率、心输出量、左心能量利用率、心肌耗氧指数、心肌耗氧量增加(P<0.05).②与高原训练前比较,高原训练后平原籍男性组和平原籍女性组肺动脉压升高(P<0.001,P<0.05),平均收缩压、平均舒张压、平均动脉压、血管顺应度、肺动脉楔压、肺动脉阻力的变化差异无统计学意义.平原籍男性组冠脉灌注压、总外周阻力降低(P<0.001),平原籍组女性血管弹性系数增大(P<0.001).结论 高原训练增强了心脏泵血功能,降低了体循环阻力,增加了肺动脉压. Objective To observe the impact of plateau training on people' s armed police forces (PAPF) recruits' cardiovascular function, and explore scientific facts for their adaptation of high altitude. Methods Two groups, plain male and plain female, were respectively recorded on sphygmograms with XXG-E3 cardiovascular function diagnostic unit at plain, before and after plateau training. Their brachial artery blood pressure was also measured. Results (1)Compared to before plateau training, increased cardiac index (P〈0.001) was found in both groups at end of training, and it carries no statistical means on stroke work index, myocardial blood flow priming volume, nor myocardial blood flow. The stroke volume, stroke index, effect circulation volume increased in plain male group (P〈0.05), and arterial pulse velocity, cardiac output, left ventricle energy utilization rate, cardiac muscle oxygen consumption index, myocardial consumption of oxygen increased in plain female group(P〈0.05). (2) Compared with these index numbers recorded prior to training, pulmonary arterial pressure revealed higher in both groups post training (P〈0.001, P〈0.05), no meaningful change found on average systolic blood pressure, average diastolic pressure, mean arterial blood pressure, blood vessel conformance, pulmonary arterial wedge pressure, pulmonary artery resistance. Coronary perfusion pressure and total peripheral resistance depressed in plain male group (P〈0.001), while blood vessel elasticity coefficient increased in plain female group (P〈0.001). Conclusion Plateau training may result in heart blood-pumping function enhanced, general circulation resistance depressed, and pulmonary arterial pressure increased.
