摘要 目的 探讨蹬空屈伸法训练预防新兵下肢应力性骨折(SF)的疗效,为预防应力性骨折提供参考.方法 采用队列研究的方法.研究对象:某部新入伍士兵396人,随机分成两组,甲组为对照组202人,进行正常训练,乙组为干预组194人,在正常训练基础上,增加干预措施即蹬空屈伸法训练.干预4周后对参与人员下肢疼痛情况进行问卷调查和VAS评分,VAS评分标准,轻度(0~3),中度(4~6),重度(7~10).结果 参与调查人员,下肢疼痛总发生率为10.61%.甲组发生下肢疼痛29例,发生率为14.36%,其中轻度4例,中度19例,重度6例.乙组发生下肢疼痛13例,发生率为6.70%,其中轻度8例,中度3例,重度2例.两组比较,差异有统计意义(均P<0.05).结论 蹬空屈伸法训练,简单实用,安全有效,可作为预防下肢应力性骨折发生的一种可选方法,值得进一步探讨. Objective To investigate the clinical effects of supine bicycle exercise on the prevention of stress fracture (SF) in lower limbs of recruits. Methods A cohort study was adopted, and the objectives were separated into two groups. Control group (202 people) accepted normal training and the experimental group (194 people) accepted both spine bicycle exercise and normal training. Four weeks later, all the objectives accepted questionnaire survey and VAS score for pain in lower limbs. According to the grading system of VAS, the rate (0 -3) was for mild, (4 - 6) for moderate, (7 - 10) for severe. Results The incidence rate of pain in lower limbs for these objectives was 10.61%. The 29 cases was account for 14.36% in control group and consist of 4 cases of mild, 19 cases of moderate and 6 cases of severe, while the 13 cases was account for 6.70% in experimental group and consist of 8 cases of mild, 3 cases of moderate and 2 cases of severe. There was significantly difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The supine bicycle exercise is a simple, secure preventive measure, its clinical effects is to be farther investigated.
