摘要
深圳目前已初步形成了以市场为导向，以产业化为目的，以企业为主体，官、产、学、研、资、介密切结合的科技成果转化服务体系，但面临新形势下，并不能完全满足市场需求。因此，文章试图构建一个新的科技成果转化服务体系，提出深圳要打造开放式创新平台和知识服务平台，政府需加强产、学、研合作建设，鼓励发展中介机构，以更好地适应市场的需求。
Shenzhen has formed a scientific and technological achievements transfer system which begins with market-oriented, industrial-oriented and the closely corporation of business, government, industry, academic, research, capital and intern institutes. But in the case of facing new situation, this system can＇t meet the market＇s demand totally. Thus, this article hope to construct a new system for scientific and technological achievements transformation, proposed that Shenzhen should build a open platform for innovation and knowledge, the government should strengthen cooperation in industry, academic and research, encourage the development of intern institutions, in order to adapt to the future market demands.
