摘要
矿井火灾一直是煤矿安全生产的主要威胁之一，遗煤氧化散热造成的火灾事故时有发生。本文基于国内外的研究现状，研究了综放采空区的综合防灭火措施，包括：建立安全可靠、稳定合理的通风系统；将凝胶阻化剂、预防性灌浆技术和注氮技术等应用于防灭火工作；设计了组合式的密闭墙；在停采线上采用了MEA-1防灭火材料进行防灭火工作。对于预防采空区自燃发火、确保工人身体健康、促进安全生产具有重要意义。
The mine fire has been one of main threats in coal mine safety production. The fire accidents happen sometimes because of the oxidation heat radiation of leave behind coal. Based on the situation of present domestic and foreign research, the comprehensive measures of fire control were researched. The safety, reliable, stable and reasonable ventilation system was established. The technology of gelatin retardant, preventive grouting and nitrogen injection applied to the fire control. The combination type fire seal wall was designed. The MEA-1 fire control materials also applied in the balky mining line to control the fire. The research is very significant to prevent the gob area＇s self-inflammability, insure the workers＇ healthy and promote safety production.
