尾矿库涵洞尾砂泄露及涵洞垮塌事故时有发生，而尾矿库的涵洞一旦失事一般难以修复、造成的污染及损失相当巨大。文章主要从勘察、设计及施工方面进行涵洞垮塌事故的探讨分析，可供尾矿库建设参考。

The accidents like disclosure of tailings and collapse of tailings culvert occurred sometimes. Once the accident happened, tailings culverts are generally difficult to repair and will cause serious pollution and big loss. This article analyzes the collapse of the culvert from the survey, design and construction aspects for tailings construction＇s reference.
