本文从六个方面探讨了欧盟国家的节能减排技术：欧盟国家的垃圾处理技术、欧盟国家污水处理厂及污泥无害化处理技术、城市水资源保护与再利用、天然水激活技术以及城市建筑的节能技术。认为应将欧盟的节能环保技术引进中国，以使中国在几年之内达到他们40多年的发展进度。

This article discusses energy saving technology EU countries in six aspects： waste disposal technology, sewage treatment plant and sludge treatment technology,urban water conservation and reuse,natural water activation technology, and urban construction of energy-saving technology.The EU＇s energy saving technology should be introduced to China,so in a few years,China could reach their 40 years of development progress.
