摘要
数字超声波探伤扫描技术能得到断面上的二维信息及被检测物体缺陷三维空间结构,其断层图像的三维重建在工业无损探伤的领域有着极其重要的实用价值和研究意义。通过典型的超声波无损探伤实例,阐述了超声波无损检测在锅炉检测中的应用原理,说明了超声波无损检测的基本步骤,总结出了其检测的优缺点。
The digital ultrasonic nondestructive inspection scanning technology can get two-dimensional information of cross-section and defective three-dimensional structure of objects to be detected,three-dimensional reconstruction of cross-section has important practical value and significance in industrial nondestructive scanning.Through a typical example of ultrasonic nondestructive inspection,describes the application principles of ultrasonic nondestructive testing in the boiler detection,illuminates the basic steps of ultrasonic nondestructive testing,sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the detection.
