奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死分析

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及不良反应。方法急性脑梗死患者92例随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组46例在常规治疗的基础上加用奥扎格雷钠80mg加入5％葡萄糖或生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，2次／d，疗程2周。对照组46例在常规治疗的基础上应用复方丹参注射液20ral加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注。1次／d。疗程14d，比较两组临床疗效、及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率91．3％明显高于对照组总有效率71．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死效果良好，值得广泛推广和应用。
