更年期患者心律失常及QT与心率变异性分析

摘要 目的分析更年期患者心率变异性及心律失常的情况。方法收集住院及门诊患者178例,行24小时心电图得到HRV、心律失常等指标。结果更年期患者的室早男高于女,冠心病高危室早发生率最高。高血压病和冠心病患者SDNN、rMSSD、PNNS0和TI不同程度降低.三角指数与平均QTc呈负相关。结论高血压痛和冠心痛更年期患者SDNN和rMSSD、PNN50降低明显,提示交感神经张力增加和迷走神经张力减退,临床上应重视HRV降低,高危心律失常及QTc延长的患者,及时采取有效治疗。 Objective Analysis of heart rate variability and arrhythmia of menopause pateints in cardiovascular department. Methods 97 male and 81 female menopause pateints inculded and were analysised heart rate variability and arrhythmia incidence by Hoher. It consisted in 30 hypertensive cases, 58 coronary heart disease (CHD) cases, 29 other organic heart disease cases, 27 non-organic heart disease cases and 34 outpatient cases. Results The incidence rate of premature ventricualr contraction(PVC) were higher in male than in female, particularly in CHD pateints. The incidence rate of PVC pair and ventricular tachycardia (VT) of CHD pateints were higher than others. In contrast to outpatient, HRV and triangular index(Tl) decreased significant in hypertension and CHD pateints. SDNN and PNNSO decreased in other organic heart disease cases. HRV TI was negatively correlated with QTc.Conclusions We sould emphasize on the CHD pateints of high risk of premature ventricualr contraction, especially in the HRV decreased and QTc extended.
