PICC在肿瘤患者化疗中的护理体会

PICC Cancer Patients in the Nursing Experience of Chemotherapy

目的为减少肿瘤病人化疗期间药物损伤的发生，探讨PICC的应用。方法40例肿瘤病人采用PICC置管进行化疗药物输入。结果经临床观察．穿刺成功率为94．5％，治疗过程中共发生静脉炎2例，穿刺点出血2例，导管堵塞3例，无1例出现皮下硬结。结论PICC置管是减轻病人痛苦，提高护理质量的好方法，同时显著提高病人的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Objective Cancer patients during chemotherapy to reduce the incidence of drug injury, the application of PICC.Methods 40 cases of cancer patients using PICC for chemotherapy drugs enter the tube. Results By clinical observation, puncture success rate was 94.5%, CPC phlebitis treatment in 2 cases, the puncture site bleeding in 2 .cases, catheter blockage in 3 cases, 1 patient without subcutaneous induration. Conclusion PICC catheter is to alleviate the suffering of patients,good way to improve the quality of care, while significantly improving patient quality of life, worthy of clinical apphcafion.
