漳州市恶性肿瘤发病基本情况分析

Basic Situation Anaysis of Malignant Tumor in Zhangzhou City

目的调查分析漳州市恶性肿瘤发病基本情况方法漳州市二级以上的综合性医疗机构都开展恶性肿瘤发病登记报告工作，并进行统计分析。结果共登记恶性肿瘤5705例，男性3379例，女性2326例，男性患病率高于女性，男性患病率占总病人59．2％，女性患病率占总病人40-8％。男性恶性肿瘤前五位是：肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌。女性恶性肿瘤前五位是：乳腺癌、宫颈癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌。

Objective Investigating and analysing the attacking essential situations of malignant tumor in Zhangzhou. Methods The comprehensive medical establishments above second-class in Zhangzhou all launch the work of registering and reporting the attacking of malignant tumor, and do the statistics and analysis. Results Totally registered malignant tumor 5705 cases, male 3379 cases, female 2326 cases. The illness rate of male is more than female. The male covers 59.2% while female covers 40.8% of total patients. The top five of male malignant tumor is： lung cancer, cancer of the stomach, cancer of the esophagus, cancer of the liver and nasopharyngeal darcinoma. The top five of female malignant tumor is： breast cancer, cervical cancer, lung cancer, cancer of the stomach and cancer of the esophagus.
