浅谈外源性神经干细胞在体内的整合

摘要 哺乳动物中枢神经系统的自我修复能力有限,成熟的神经细胞缺乏再生能力,尽管终生体内均有神经干细胞的存在,但是它们在损伤后形成新的功能性神经细胞的能力有限,这就制约了在慢性/急性疾病和中枢神经系统损伤后,内源性机制进行自我修复和对抗细胞退化和死亡的能力。因此,通过移植外源性神经干细胞替代损伤/坏死的神经细胞.促进细胞神经功能的恢复具有非常广泛的应用前景。
