摘要
户外徒步运动是实现我国城镇居民低碳生活的方式之一,是建设和谐社会可持续发展的重要力量。通过社会调查、专家走访及实验研究,探讨徒步运动对城镇居民身心健康影响的积极效应与促进作用,吸引广大群众参与户外徒步运动,为实现我国城镇居民低碳生活健康快乐的生活方式奠定基础。
Hiking is one of the ways to achieve low-carbon lives of urban residents in China and an important force in building a harmonious society of sustainable development. Therefore, the purposes of the article are to discuss the positive effects and facilitation of hiking on physical and mental health of urban residents, attract the broad masses of people to participate in hiking and lay the foundation for healthy and happy lifestyle of low-carbon lives of urban residents by social investigations, specialist interview and experimentations.
