普通高校大学生羽毛球教学步法的实验研究——以桂林电子科技大学为例

结合国内体育教学动态,设计并做实验研究了从"1"字形、"一"字形组合形式步法的教学方法,并将此方法与"十"字形步法的教学方法进行对比实验,以期摸索出一套在普通高校的羽毛球教学中行之有效的教学方法。

Its characteris- tic is relatively easy to master basic skills, but actual combat ability using ability is poor, this paper combines domestic sports teaching dynamic, design and experiment research from the ＂1＂ glyph, ＂a＂ glyph combination forms of teaching methods, and footwork with the method of ＂ten＂ glyph footwork comparative experiment teaching method, so as to find a set of teaching badminton in the colleges of effective teaching method.
