摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的发展和医疗体制改革的深入以及电子病案系统的普及,医疗信息的安全成为众所瞩目的问题。本文简单的讨论了在区域医疗信息平台建设的大背景下,数字证书技术在电子病案中的应用。其中基于PKI的CA认证系统更是在医疗系统中开始受到关注并且已进行试点应用。
With the development of health and medical system reform,and the popularty of Electronic Medical Record system,Medical information security has become a problem of public attention.This article discusses that in a simple case of network connectivity between hospitals,some solutions which are based on certificate authority technology and with Medical information security of Electronic Medical Record.The CA-based PKI authentication system is to be paid close attention in the health care system and has be used in the local area.
