从双层客车的发展状况和下世纪初旅客运输发展的趋势入手，提出了“十五”及２０１５年我国双层客车的发展设想。

This paper begins with the present conditions of development of double deck passenger cars and the development trend of passenger transport at the beginning of the next century,the tentative idea for the development of double deck passenger cars in the“Tenth Five Year Plan”and in 2015 is put forward.
