热化放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察同步热化放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效及毒副反应.方法 50例Ⅱb~Ⅳa期宫颈癌患者,随机分为同步热化放疗组(试验组)和放疗组(对照组),对照组进行根治性放射治疗;试验组:放疗方法同对照组,同步行盆腔深部热疗,每次热疗60 分钟,每周2次,共10~12次.于放疗期间予多西他赛加顺铂化疗2个周期.结果 两组外照射结束时局部肿瘤消退情况、近期疗效,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 同步热化放疗可以提高患者近期疗效,且无严重的并发症,是中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的一种安全有效的模式,具有临床推广价值.
