PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURE OF FLOOD-CONTROL OF YUANHE RIVER IN XINYUE

新余市防洪的重点在袁河，通过对当前袁河防洪存在问题的分析，研究袁河防洪的几个关键因素，探讨袁河防洪对策，得出袁河圩堤要进一步加高加固和江口水库达标运行的观点，同时提出了袁河整治规划治导线。

The key of flood control of Xinyu is flood control of yuanhe.Through analyzing the problem of flood control of yuanhe now,studying the several key factors of flood control of yuanhe and probing into the countermeasuer of flood control of yuanhe,we drew a conclusion that the dike of yuanhe must be strengthened and improved and Jiangkou reservoir must operate in reaching the design standard.Meanwhile,this paper put forword the opinion of the training line of yuanhe river,flood control by law and establishing the flood forecast system.
