摘要
１９９８年洪水使江西省南昌市昌北地区的经济发展严重受挫．通过分析昌北地区的受灾原因，提出相应的防洪措施，为昌北开发区的经济建设奠定基础．
The flood of 1998 tooke a bad influence on economic development of northern of Nanchang.Through analyzing the reason of diaster,this paper put forword the relevent flood control measurement in order to take a good basis for economic building of northern development zone of Nanchang.
