摘要
利用含有7种有机磷农药的脱脂乳培养基培养3株乳酸菌,然后利用丙酮-乙腈(体积比为1︰4)提取液萃取脱脂乳培养基中的7种有机磷农药,气相色谱法测定这些有机磷的含量,并以此计算有机磷的降解动力学常数。结果表明,3株乳酸菌对有机磷农药均有一定的降解效果,可不同程度减少了7种有机磷农药的半衰期,其中植物乳杆菌1.0343的作用较强。
Three Lactic acid bacteria were cultured in a skimmed milk medium containing seven organophosphorus pesticides.The organophosphorus pesticides were extracted from the medium with acetone and acetonitrile(v/v=1∶4) solution and determined in a gas chromatography.Degradation kinetics of the organophosphorus pesticides was calculated therefore.The results showed that three Lactic acid bacteria accelerated the degradation of the organophosphorus pesticides in different extents and decreased the half live period of the organophosphorus pesticides at different levels.Among the Lactic acid bacteria studied,Lactobacillus plantarum 1.0343 exhibited the strongest effect on the degradation of the organophosphorus pesticides.
