摘要 本文提出用频域谐波平衡法分析微波非线性网络,定义和推导了各次交调矩阵及其计算,得到了频域响应公式,可用来精确计算任意双频激励的二元高阶非线性网络。本文以GaAs MESFET电路为例,计算出所需要的结果。计算表明:本方法简明有效,计算量小,精度高,可用于功放、变频和混频等微波半导体电路的计算机模拟和最优化设计。 This paper presents the Frequency-Domain Harmonic Balace Method (FDHBM) for the precise analysis of a microwave two-dimension nonlinear network with two arbitrary frequency excitation. The intermodulation matrix is defined, and the frequency response formulae are derived. As an example, a GaAs MESFET nonlinear circuit is analyzed by us- Lng the method discribed here. The results show that the FDHBM is very simple, quite effi- cient and highly precise. It is a trend to usc FDHBM For the computer simulation and optimum design of microwave semiconductor circuits such as power amplifiers, converters, mixers and so on.
