不同类型痴呆患者红细胞及血小板膜脂质改变

Changes of Erythrocyte and Platelet Membrane Lipid Pattern in Different Subtypes of Dementia

目的：对照观察（Alzheimer病、Binswanger病（BD）、Parkinson’s病痴呆）。患者血小板及红细胞膜脂质及磷脂各组成分的改变。方法：采用经典方法测定血小板及红细胞膜胆固醇及总磷脂含量，高效液相色谱法测定膜以及血浆磷脂各组成分含量。结果：与对照组比较，BD患者红细胞膜及血小板膜总磷脂、磷脂酰胆碱（PC）、磷脂酸乙醇胺（PE）含量降低，胆固醇、胆固醇与磷脂比值升高，其它两种类型痴呆患者各项测定措标均无明显变化。不同程度大脑白质低密度的BD患者间血小板、红细胞膜PC、PE有显著差异。结论：提示BD患者存在膜磷脂代谢障碍。

The changes of platelet and erythrocyte membrane lipids and phospholipid composition were investigated in different types of dementia. There were 19 patients with Alzheimer' s disease, 25 patients with Binswanger' s disease (BD), 7 patients with dementia following Parkinson' s disease and 25 senile healthy controls.Platelet and erythrocyte membrane cholesterol and total phospholipids were quantified by standard method,individual phospholipids on mambrane and in plasma were seperated and quantified by high-perforance liquid chromatography. The results showed that,when compared with senile controls,the decrease of total phospholipids,phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE),and the increase of cholesterol and cholesterol/total phospholipids ratio on the erythrocyte and platelet menbrane were found in patients with BD; there were no significant changes about all tested prameters in patients with other two types of dememtia. There was no significant correlation about PC and PE between membrane and plasma in patients with BD. There was significant difference about plate1et and erythrocyte membrane PC and PE between patients with BD with regard to different degree of white matter low attenuation. These findings suggest that there were metablic disorders of platelet and erythrocyte membrane phospholipids in patients with BD, these metabolic disorders relate to white matter low attenuation in thisk
