氧化镝-聚苯胺复合涂料制备及防腐性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用乳液原位聚合法,合成十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI)。通过电导率分析和塔菲尔曲线(Tafel)等手段,表征了在一定的合成条件下,SDBS与苯胺(An)摩尔比(n(SDBS)/n(An))的改变及氧化镝(Dy2O3)的加入对PANI涂层防腐性能的影响。实验结果表明,PANI含量为25%、n(SDBS)/n(An)为0.8时,涂层腐蚀电位最大(-0.168V),防腐性能较好。而加入Dy2O3后,涂层的腐蚀电位显著增大,且Dy2O3用量为9%时,腐蚀电位最大(0.071V),防腐性能最佳,Dy2O3的加入改善了PANI涂层的防腐性能。 Polyaniline(PANI) doped with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) was synthesized by in-situ emulsion polymerization.The effect of molar ratio of SDBS and aniline(An)(n(SDBS)/n(An)) and the addition of dysprosium oxide(Dy2O3) on anti-corrosive property of PANI coating was characterized and analyzed by Tafel curve and electrical conductivity under certain synthesis conditions.The results showed that when the content of PANI was 25% and n(SDBS)/n(An) was 0.8,the corrosion potential of coating reached maximum(-0.168V),anti-corrosive property of PANI coating was better.Moreover,the corrosion potential of coating increased significantly after the adding of Dy2O3,especially when the content of Dy2O3 reached 9%,the corrosion potential attained maximum(0.071V) and anti-corrosion performance was the optimum.Thus the addition of Dy2O3 improved the corrosion performance of PANI coatings.
