摘要
以叶蜡石、钛白粉、焦炭粉等为原料,利用XRD和SEM研究了钛白粉加入量分别为(质量分数)0、5%、10%、15%和20%时对叶腊石在1500℃下碳热还原氮化生成物相的影响。结果表明:当试样组成全部为叶腊石时,在1500℃氮气气氛条件下碳热还原产物的主要物相是β-Sialon;添加钛白粉后的试样中会有TiN0.7C0.3形成;随着钛白粉加入量的增大,产物中TiN0.7C0.3含量逐渐增多,而β-SiC含量相对降低。
The samples were prepared using pyrophyllite, titanium dioxide and carbon as raw materials by carbothermal reduction and nitriding reaction. The effect of titanium dioxide addition on the carbithermal reduction and nitridation of pyrophyllite had been investigated that the main reaction product of the samples without titanium by using XRD and SEM. The results show dioxide is β-Sialon. There will have TiN0. 7 C0.3 in the samples which have titanium dioxide addition. With titanium dioxide addition increasing, the content of TiN0.7C0.3 increase and the content of β-SiC decrease.
