炭化活性污泥深度污水处理试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以产自日本巴工业株式会社的炭化活性污泥为研究对象,考察了该炭化活性污泥与氯化铁复合使用时对污水深度处理的絮凝吸附效果,并研究了各因素对试验的影响情况。结果表明,在pH值为9,投入15 mg/L氯化铁,200 r/min搅拌1.5 min,再投5 g/L炭化活性污泥,60 r/min搅拌15 min,水样静置30min的条件下,该复合絮凝剂能使水样出水水质中COD、TP达到一级A标准,平均浊度去除率达90%以上,NH3-N平均去除率为25.07%。 The flocculation absorption effect of carbonized sludge produced by TOMOE Engineering Co.,Ltd.used accompany with FeCl3 was studied.And the factors influencing the experimental results were investigated.The result showed that the COD and TP of effluent could meet standard A in first grade if plunged 15 mg/L FeCl3 when pH was 9,and stirred at 200r/min for 1.5 min,the added 5 g/L carbonized sludge and stirred at 60 r/min for 15 min and standing for 30 min.The average turbidity removal rate was above 90%;while the average NH3-N removal rate was 25.07%.
