桃小食心虫产卵的寄主选择特性 被引量:1

摘要 为了解桃小食心虫产卵对果实的选择特性,采用固相微萃取(SPME)与气质联用(GC-MS)测定不同苹果挥发性成分。选取易受桃小食心虫危害的金冠苹果具有代表性的挥发物质(乙醛、丁醛、丁醇、己醇、糠醛、庚酸、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸戊酯、乙酸己酯、丙酸丙酯)的不同浓度进行桃小食心虫引诱试验。结果表明,0.1和1.0 mg/mL的乙酸乙酯、0.1 mg/mL的乙酸丁酯、1.0 mg/mL的乙酸戊酯、6.0和60.0mg/mL的乙酸己酯、0.1 mg/mL的丙酸丙酯具有显著的效果;并利用正交试验方法得出几种效果较好的混合配比。再利用人工气候箱进行产卵引诱试验,得出0.1 mg/mL乙酸乙酯、1.0 mg/mL乙酸丁酯、10.0mg/mL乙酸戊酯、5.0 mg/mL乙酸己酯、0.1 mg/mL丙酸丙酯的混合配比为试验的最佳引诱物质。 To study the selective characteristics of oviposition of Carposina niponensis Walsingham on fruit,solid phase micro extraction(SPME) and gas chromatography mass spectrum(GC-MS) were applied to analysis the volatiles in apples.The representative volatiles of apples(acetaldehyde,butanal,butylalcohol,hexanol,furfural,heptanoic acid,ethyl acetate,acetic acid-butyl ester,acetic acid-pentyl ester,acetic acid-hexyl ester,propanoic acid-propyl ester) which could be easily damaged by C.niponensis were selected as the attractant to the bugs.And orthogonal experiment was taken to obtain a better mixed ratio to attract the bugs.The results showed that 0.1 mg/mL and 1.0 mg/mL of ethyl acetate,0.1 mg/mL of acetic acid-butyl ester,1.0 mg/mL of acetic acid-pentyl ester,6.0 mg/mL and 60.0 mg/mL of acetic acid-hexyl ester,0.1 mg/mL of propanoic acid-propyl ester had remarkable effects.An oviposition experiment was taken in the artificial climate box;and that mixed ratio of 0.1 mg/mL ethyl acetate,1.0 mg/mL acetic acid-butyl ester,10mg/mL acetic acid-pentyl ester,5.0 mg/mL acetic acid-hexyl ester,0.1mg/mL propanoic acid-propyl ester was most attractive.
