Innovating Knowledge and Training Mode to Promote the Servicing Skills of Agricultural Technology in the Grassroots Level

通过实施基层农技人员知识更新培训工程,探索"专题讲座,分类培训;互动交流,解惑培训;教学参观,现场培训;远程教育,网上培训;跟踪服务,终身培训"等培训模式,提升农技人员服务农业的能力,调动广大农业科技人员的创造性,加快农业科技成果转化和应用,促进科教兴农和现代农业发展。

By implementing the training project of knowledge innovation for grassroots agrotechnicians,and exploring the coaching modes such as topic lectures,classified training;interactive communicating,doubts solving training;teaching visiting,field training;distance education,network training;follow-up service,life-long training,the agricultural service ability of agrotechnicians was upgraded,the creativity of agricultural scientific technical personnel was inspired;the transformation and application of agricultural scientific achievement was accelerated;and development of modern agriculture by science was promoted.
