摘要
研究目的:通过某城际铁路无砟轨道路基基底加固处理的工程实例,本文介绍了预应力混凝土管桩复合地基承载力及沉降量的计算方法,以及管桩的施工工艺、施工过程中常见问题及预防措施等。并解决城际铁路高速无砟轨道建设过程中路基地段地基处理沉降控制的关键技术难题。研究结论:预应力管桩具有桩身质量稳定可靠、单桩承载力高、价格低、施工速度快、桩身耐打、穿透能力强、成桩质量检测方便等优点,为提高工程质量、增加经济效益发挥了重要作用,也为解决城际铁路高速无砟轨道建设过程中路基地段地基沉降控制的关键技术难题提供了一种安全可靠的地基处理方法。
Research purposes:Through a engineering example of inter-city none-ballast track super railway embankment foundation reinforced,this paper introduces the calculated method of PHC composite foundation bearing capacity and settlement,the common problem and precautionary measures in the construction steps and the process etc.And this paper also resolves the key technique of inter-city none-ballast track super railway embankment foundation settlement. Research conclusions:The PHC body quality stability,penetration capacity,single pile bearing capacity and strength are high,price is lower,construction speed is fast,and pile's body is convenient detected,which increase the engineering quality and economic benefit.So that supplies a kind of safe and stable foundation reinforced means in the inter-city none-ballast track super railway embankment foundation settlement key technique.
