摘要
研究目的:大体积混凝土是土建工程中经常采用的结构,其质量控制的一个重要方面是防止出现温度裂缝。本文采用小比尺模型模拟大体积混凝土的芯部状态监测温度变化、实测拱座芯部混凝土温度变化及数值模拟三种方法研究大体积混凝土的温度变化规律,欲通过小比尺模型试验来得到大体积混凝土芯部温度的变化规律,降低试验的难度和经济成本,对同类研究提供借鉴与参考。研究结论:小比尺模型模拟大体积混凝土芯部试件的温度变化与实测拱座中心混凝土的温度变化及数值模拟的温度变化规律相类似;在原型试验实现困难的情况下,本文开辟了一条新的途径,即先通过小比尺模型来模拟大体积混凝土芯部试验检测的温升变化规律;该方法方便经济,能够在实验室开展大体积混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能的研究,对了解、掌握大体积混凝土芯部温度变化的规律,指导类似工程设计和施工有一定的借鉴、参考价值。
Research purposes:Mass concrete is commonly used in civil engineering and one important aspect to control the quality of mass concrete is to avoid the appearance of the temperature crack.The research was done on the temperature change law of the mass concrete by simulating the monitored temperature change of the mass concrete core with the small scale model,by measuring the temperature change of the concrete in the core of the arch abutment and by adopting numerical simulation for the purpose of knowing the change law of the mass concrete core by doing the tests with the small scale model to cut the test difficulty and economic cost and provide the reference to the similar research. Research conclusions:The temperature change of the core test piece of the mass concrete simulated by the small scale model was similar to the measured temperature change of the concrete in the center of the arch abutment and to the temperature change law of the numerical simulation.The original concrete model test is difficult to do and this method is new way to monitor and measure the temperature change law by simulating the temperature change of the mass concrete core with the small scale model,featured with easy operation,money saving,being good for doing the research on the mechanic property and durability of the mass concrete in lab,being helpful to master the temperature change law of the mass concrete core and offering the reference to similar works.
