摘要
采用SA—CaCl2包埋法和PVA—H3BO3交联法固定化白腐真菌,并进行固定化组分优化,并对两种方法所形成的固定化小球性能进行了比较。结果显示:固定化组分优化后,两种方法均能得到较好的固定化效果。由性能比较结果可知:SA、PVA固定化小球均有较好的细胞增殖能力和良好的传质性,SA固定化小球机械强度较低,剧烈搅动易破裂,只适宜保存在潮湿环境中,而PVA固定化小球强度较高,原料价格较低,固定化小球在空气或水中均适宜保存。
White-rot fungi have been immobilized by SA-CaCl2 embedding method and PVA-H3BO3 cross-linking method.Immobilized components of the two methods are optimized,and the performances of the immobilized globules are compared.The results show that better immobilization effect are achieved when the two immobilized components are optimized.The performance comparison shows that SA and PVA immobilized globules have good mass transfer and good cell proliferation,but the mechanical strength of SA immobilized globules are lower than PVA immobilized globules.Since they get split easily,while stirred violently,SA immobilized globules should only be stored in wet conditions.The PVA immobilized globules have higher mechanical strength and lower raw material prices compared with SA immobilized globules,and they are suitable for preservation in the air or water.Therefore,they have wider usage.
