摘要
对大跨度复杂钢桁架在吊装施工过程中的平面外屈曲分析进行了研究。采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对一典型的大跨度钢桁架建立了有限元模型,并采用不同吊点方案对其平面外屈曲进行分析,同时在具有初始几何缺陷的不同吊点方案下获取大跨度钢桁架吊装过程中危险点的平面外失稳的极限内力。研究结果表明,大跨度钢桁架的屈曲随着吊点数量的增加其平面外稳定性显著改善。
The out-plane buckling analysis of long-span complex steel truss hoisting in different lifting points schemes have been researched in this paper.The finite element model of a typical long-span complex steel truss hoisting was established using general finite element analysis software.Then the out-plane buckling analysis of different lifting points schemes were analyzed.Meanwhile,the limiting internal force in out-plane buckling analysis was obtained considering the initial geometric imperfections for nonlinear buckling analysis.The results show that with the more lifting points scheme improved,the out-plane buckling stability of long-span complex steel truss is obviously strengthened.
