从饱和率和泌水率角度探讨膏体新定义 被引量:42

Research of Paste New Definition from the Viewpoint of Saturation Ratio and Bleeding Rate

摘要 目前膏体定义不够清晰,影响到膏体充填技术的发展,有必要控讨简单实用的膏体新定义。借鉴土力学中饱和度以及流态化混凝土中泌水率这两个概念,提出了以集料饱和率与泌水率为主要指标的膏体定义体系。通过理论分析计算,浆体饱和率在101.5%~105.3%之间,泌水率在1.5%~5%之间,即构成合格的膏体。对会泽膏体物料进行实测分析,当膏体质量分数范围在80.5%~81.4%时,饱和率计算值为101.5%~105.3%,现场泌水率监测值为3.1%~4.2%。膏体新定义能够完全定量化,简化了膏体检验方法,具有较高的可靠性。 The definition of paste is not clear at present,affecting the development of paste filling technologies,which renders it necessary to explore a new paste definition that is simple and practical.Learning from the saturation of soil mechanics and the fluidization of concrete bleeding rate,we have proposed the definition of the paste system which contains the two key indicators,the saturation rate and the aggregate rate of bleeding.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,a qualified paste consists of the slurry saturated rate of 101.5%~105.3% and bleeding rate of 1.5%~5%.To measure and analyze Hui Ze paste materials,when the paste concentration range is 80.5%~81.4%,the saturation rate of the calculated value is 101.5%~105.3%,on-site monitoring of the bleeding rate is 3.1%~4.2%.The new paste definition can fully quantitative,and simplify the paste test method with high reliability.
