摘要
通过简单的一锅法合成了水溶性β-环糊精修饰的金量子点,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行了表征,并对水体中邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)进行了定量测定和抗干扰实验,实验结果表明该金量子点对DOP、DBP均具有良好的选择性,且对DOP和DBP的检出限分别达到34.4×10-5mol/L和8.4×10-5mol/L,是能够实现现场原位的邻苯二甲酸酯类比色检测的一种新型实用方法。
The β-cyclodextrin-modified gold quantum dots were successfully prepared by a simple one-pot synthetic approach and were tested and observed respectively with transmission electron microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Meanwhile,Phthalate Esters in aqueous solution were tested quantitatively by the β-cyclodextrin-modified gold quantum dots and anti-interference experiment.The experimental results show that the gold quantum dot to the DOP,DBP have the good selectivity and colorimetric detection limit of the gold quantum dot to the DOP,DBP are 34.4×10-5 mol/L and 8.4×10-5 mol/L,the β-cyclodextrin-modified gold quantum dot is a new type of practical method can realize colormetry examination of the Phthalate Esters in-situ.
