Effects of Caloric Restriction on Spatial Learning and Hippocampal Synaptic Plasticity in Mice with Aging Brain

摘要 热能限制(caloric restriction,CR)被称为衰老研究领域最重大的发现,即在满足机体对各种营养素需要量的前提下,适当限制食物摄入,又称饮食限制(dietary restriction,DR)。McCay等于1935年首次报道CR延长大鼠寿限,迄今70余年来,大量实验研究证实,CR能明显延缓衰老,延长实验动物的寿命,推迟和降低老年相关疾病的发生。
