克栓胶囊对实验动物体内血栓形成的影响及其机制

摘要 目的研究克栓胶囊对实验动物体内血栓形成的影响及其机制。方法将50只W istar大鼠随机分成5组,分别为克栓胶囊高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组,空白对照组。采用大鼠动、静脉旁路循环血栓模型法,以血栓形成状况与测试血栓素A2(TXA2)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)为指标,观察克栓胶囊的抗血栓作用。结果克栓胶囊中、高剂量组、阿司匹林组血栓干、湿重及血清TXA2、ADP含量明显低于空白对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。克栓胶囊中、高剂量组与阿司匹林组相比血栓干湿重及血清TXA2、ADP含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论克栓胶囊具有抑制动脉血栓形成的作用,该作用与其抑制了TXA2、ADP的生成有关。 Objective To observe the effect of keshuan capsule on the thrombosis in experimental animals and to find out the possible mechanisms.Methods 50 wistar rats were divided into five groups randomly(control group,positive drug group,treated group with high,middle and low dose of keshuan capsules).By-pass between the artery and vein circulation model was use.Thrombosis,thromboxane A2(TXA2),adenosine diphosphate(ADP) were observed to evaluate the effect of keshuan capsule on anti-thrombosis.Results Weight of thrombus,value of TXA2 and ADP in the high,middle dosage treated group by keshuan capsule and the positive drug group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Comparison of the weight of thrombus,value of TXA2 and ADP of the Aspirin group and the high and middle dosage of observed drug group was not significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion ke shuan capsule was effective on anti-thrombosis in the artery and the effect was associate with the inhibition of TXA2 and ADP.
