摘要
目的探讨对心肌梗死区注射液态心肌细胞外基质能否改善大鼠急性心肌梗死后的心功能。方法制备液态心肌细胞外基质,采用开胸结扎的方法制备大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,将制备成功的模型随机分为3组:Ⅰ组为液态心肌细胞外基质组(n=25),Ⅱ组为骨髓间充质干细胞组(n=25),Ⅲ组为生理盐水对照组(n=25),并对各组予以相应处理。在心梗6周后采用超声心动图评价各组大鼠心功能,而后处死大鼠取出心脏,采用组织学方法检测各组大鼠心室重构情况。结果液态心肌细胞外基质组的超声及组织学指标均优于对照组,但与骨髓间充质干细胞组无差异。结论液态心肌细胞外基质心肌内注射可明显改善大鼠急性心肌梗死后的心功能,其结果与移植骨髓间充质干细胞相当。
Objective To observe the improvement of cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction rats after injection of artificia fluid extracellular matrix.Methods Acute myocardial infarction rats model were established by coronary artery ligation.The rats were divided into three groups randomly.Group I accepted the injection of artificia fluid extracellular matrix,group Ⅱ accepted the transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells,the control group(group Ⅲ) accepted the injection of normal saline.Cardiac function of the rats was evaluated by ultrasound examinations six weeks later.Cardiac remodeling was evaluated by histological examinations.Results Both ultrasonic and histological indexes of rats in group I were better than those of the control group.Comparison between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no statistical differences.Conclusion Injection of artificial fluid extracellular matrix can improve the cardiac function of acute myocardial infarction as well as the transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells.
