本文针对油建施工企业设备不配套的具体问题，在对实际问题进行了详细调查分析的基础之上，建立了多目标规划模型，通过运用计算机仿真求解。

As to the problem that oil construction enterprise equipment system is not a complete set, a interactive multi objective programming model which base on the investigation at practical station is given. By means of imataion calculating for the medol, an optimal complete set standard is obstained.
