摘要
本文根据高等教育发展的新形势，论述了我院学籍管理工作面临的新要求，提出学籍管理工作要不断完善，主动适应人才培养模式的变化．
According to the current situation of the higher education, the new requirement confronted in the school roll management was expounded and the work of school roll management need to be improved constantly, and to fit the specifications of personnel trainning.The changing of pattern was put forward in this article.
