本文通过对《工程索引》１９９７年收录我国科技论文的分析，反映高质量优秀论文的产出与经济腾飞。
This paper recorded and analysed research papers of China in 1997.It shows a direct relationship between output of hight quility papers,and the promoting economic,developing science and technology and training telant.
