摘要
和传统的采用母型船改造方法不同,通过构建基于船舶计算流体力学(CFD)的船型阻力性能优化流程,采用基于母型库的船型曲面修改融合模块,建立了多目标的优化数学模型,并利用多学科设计优化集成软件iSIGHT的过程集成及优化策略定制功能,完成了上述各模块的集成及优化问题的表述.对某高速船船体型线的阻力性能进行了自动优化,结果表明:优化后船型的兴波阻力明显下降,线型更为实用,船艏部位的波形更为简单,为CFD应用到船型自动优化提供了可行依据.
Being different from the traditional manners, an optimization program of resistance performance was proposed, which was based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and by the modified and amalgamated modules of curved surface of hull in the master database. The multiobjective optimization model was made. The integration of various modules and presentation of optimization was done by using the function of procedure integration and optimization strategy of the integrate software iSIGHT of muhidiscipline optimization. The resistance performance of the high speed hull form was automatically optimized. The results show that the wave-making resistance decreases obviously, the hull form is more practical and the wavesbape number of the bow is much simpler after the optimization, indicating the feasibility of CFD application to the automatic optimization of hull form.
