4~6岁正常儿童下肢表面肌电参数特征的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用表面肌电仪测量4~6岁正常儿童下肢表面肌电参数,探讨利用肌电参数进行小儿骨科疾病临床诊断的可行性。方法在舒适、安静的室内条件下,测定90名4~6岁正常儿童下肢主要肌肉表面肌电参数的数据,包括双侧股直肌、腓肠肌、内收肌、胫前肌的表面肌电数据,计算出上述肌电数据的均值、峰谷比、能谱熵、平均频率和过零率等。结果在同一种动作下,4~6岁儿童的各项特征均值比较接近;在同一种特征下,不同动作的特征值存在差异;sEMG具有相当强的个体差异性,这反映在各项特征的方差比较大;正常儿童左右腿差异不明显。结论通过表面肌电图,可无创地记录4~6岁儿童的下肢肌肉活动,为临床诊断提供了有效的参考。 Aims To measure the values of surface electromyography of the lower limbs from normal children from 4 to 6 years old, and to evaluate the feasibility of diagnosing the children orthopedic disorders by electromyography parameters in clinic. Materials and methods In this study, ninety children from 4 to 6 years old were involved. The eleetromyographic data were recorded bilaterally for femoris rectus, gastrocnemius, adductus longus and tibialis anterialis when the children performed the asked 4 actions. The calculated parameters included root mean square, peak to trough value of root mean square, energy spectrum entropy, mean frequency of power spectrum and zero-crossing rates. Results The eleetromyographie data were similar between children with different ages for each action, however the data were different between 4 actions. No significant difference was found between left limbs and right limbs. Conclusions Surface electromyography is a noninvasive and convenient method for testing the muscular activities of lower limbs for children with 4 to 6 years of age and might be helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment of lower limb diseases in children.
