摘要 维生素E结构复杂,异构体种类多,分析测定困难,现存的测定方法之间存在一定的差异,亟需找到一种快速、准确、简便的标准测定方法,便于实际应用。本文简要介绍维生素E结构特征、分类及其性质,重点综述油维生素E析检浏技术研究进展,主要包括比色法、光谱法、电化学和色谱法等。此外介绍这些方法的原理、适用范围以及各自的优缺点,着重论了高效液相色谱法及其检测器在维生素E分析中的应用,最后提出目前维生素E分析检测技术存在问题及发展前景。 Vitamin E structure is complex and has many isomers, therefore, it is difficuh to determine. The results between several existing detemfination methods are differences. Therefore, it is urgent to find a standard method which is fast, accurate and convenient. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of existing methods for the analysis of Vitamin E in various sample matrices including colorimetry, spectroscopy, electrochemical analysis and chromatography, etc. The fields of applicability and the advantage or disadvantage of these different analytical methods were discussed, and it is emphasized on the application of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and detectors in the analysis of vitamin E. The problems at present and the potentials are also proposed.
