摘要 模拟移动床色谱(Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography,简称SMB)技术是一种高效的现代化分离技术。该技术具有分离能力强、设备体积小、投资成本低、环境污染少、便于实现自动控制等优点,特别有利于分离热敏性物质及难分离的物系。目前,国际上几个主要发达国家如美国、法国及德国都已出现了提供模拟移动床技术的产业,如美国的UOP、AST,法德联合建立的NOVASEP,上述公司对这一领域的关注与投入,说明这种规模化精细分离技术对未来的化工、药物和食品生产的重要意义和商业价值。该技术最早应用于石化领域,近年来,越来越受到工业界和研究者的关注,在食品工业中的应用研究不断深人。本文介绍了模拟移动床色谱技术的发展历史及其工作原理,综述了SMB技术在糖类、氨基酸、玉米须黄酮及辣椒碱等的分离中的应用并对其前景进行了展望,以期为相关研究提供参考。 Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography is an efficient modem separation technology. There are many advantages in this technology, such as stronger separation ability, smaller equipment, lower costs, low environmental pollution, and easier to realize automatic control, particularly benefit the separation of heat - sensitive and the difficult to separate materials. Now, in some developed countries, such as the United States, France and Germany, oSMB technology have already applied in the industry, like UOP, AST in the United States, and NOVASEP in France and Germany. The attention and devotion of the technology by the companies indicate its importance and the business value in future chemical engineering, medicine and food production. This technology was applied to petrochemical at the earliest stage. In recent years, it attracts more and more attention of industrial field and the researchers. This article introduces the history of its development and principle operation. The paper al so summarizes its application in the separation of carbohydrates, amino acids, maize silk flavones and capsaiein, and its prospects in food industry in order to provide reference for the related research.
