摘要 An experimental system was established in order to study the interaction between electromagnetic waves, with a frequency of 300 kHz to 3 GHz, and DC glow discharge plasma. The results show that the DC glow discharge plasma affects the transmission properties of elec- tromagnetic waves, while the waves can change both temperature and density of electrons.
