苹果多酚对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

Prevention of Acute Hepatic Injury Induced by CCl_4 with Apple Polyphenols in Mice

摘要 目的:研究苹果多酚对四氯化碳造成的肝损伤的预防和保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳制作ICR小鼠肝损伤模型,灌胃苹果多酚进行预防,检测血清肝功能主要指标白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶以及丙二醛和总抗氧化能力,探讨苹果多酚对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:灌胃苹果多酚,尤其是200mg/kgbw/d剂量水平,可以抑制或减缓肝损伤,保护肝脏功能。结论:苹果多酚对肝脏及其功能有保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the prevention and protection of apple polyphenols on liver injury induced by CCl4.Method:CCl4 was used to establish the experimental liver-impairment model mice which had been treated with apple polyphenols by IG administration for four weeks.Several indicators of liver such as albumin,cholinesterase,alkaline phosphatase,ALT,AST and so on were assayed by biochemical method to suggest how the apple polyphenols protected the liver.Results:200 mg/kg bw/d of apple polyphenols in vivo studies could inhibit or slow down liver injury and could protect liver from damage.Conclusion:Apple polyphenols have protective effect on liver and its function.
