摘要
利用智舌对奶粉中三聚氰胺检测浓度进行研究。采用铂、金、钯、钨、钛和银6个电极组成的传感器阵列和3个脉冲频率(1、10和100Hz)进行检测,并通过主成分分析和偏最小二乘法进行数据分析。结果显示:智舌对不同浓度的三聚氰胺有较好的辨识能力,定性分析结果达到国家标准。利用PLS建立模型进行定量分析,较适检测质量浓度范围在8~26mg/L之间。
Detection on the concentration of melamine in milk powder using Smartongue was researched in this paper.Platinum,gold,palladium,tungsten,titanium and silver electrodes as sensor array was used in this experiment and detected at different frequency of 1 Hz,10 Hz and 100 Hz.Principal Component Analysis and Partial Least Square method were used to analysis the experiment data.The results showed that Smartongue could well discriminate different concentration of melamine,qualitative analysis result can reach the national standard basically.A optimal concentration range of 8~26 mg/L was obtained by quantitive model established by Partial Least Square method.
