激励参数和试件电磁参数对脉冲涡流检测影响的仿真分析 被引量:17

摘要 脉冲涡流检测技术已成功应用于带包覆层容器和管道壁厚检测。然而,由于铁磁性材料脉冲涡流检测机理的复杂性,目前缺乏对检测信号影响因素的有效分析方法。首先利用有限元仿真方法建立了脉冲涡流检测模型,并用试验验证了模型的正确性;然后研究了重复频率、占空比及边沿斜率等激励参数对检测信号的影响,为脉冲涡流检测激励模式的选择提供参考;最后分析了试件电磁参数对检测信号的影响,为脉冲涡流检测结果的解释提供依据。 Pulsed eddy current (PEC) testing technology has been successfully used to wall thickness measurement of coating vessels and pipes. However, due to the complexity of PEC testing theory of ferromagnetic materials, currently an effective method for analyzing the influence factors on PEC testing signal is still lacking. At first, a PEC testing model is established with finite element simulation method and verified by experiment. Then the effects of the excitation parameters including repetition frequency, duty cycle and edge slope are studied, which can provide a reference for determining the PEC excitation mode. At last, the effect of the specimen electromagnetic parameters on testing signal is analyzed and the basis for interpretation of PEC testing results is provided.
