本文详细地分析了具有扩大高压区结构的外啮合齿轮泵的径向力和传动扭矩,给出了其精确计算公式。并通过实例计算给出了齿轮径向力、径向力作用方向及扭矩的脉动曲线图。

In this paper, a detailed analysis is presented for the radial forces of gear pump with expended high pressure area. Some accuracy formulas are given. From an example, we can obtain the continuous pulsation curves for the radial forces,their direction and the torques as the function of the rotation angle of the gears.
