摘要
针对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的缺点,在调压方式下利用变结构控制,同时配合以电流斩波和适当的开关角度来控制开关磁阻电机,提高了系统的鲁棒性。仿真实验结果表明,该控制方式效果良好,实际可行;用于固态物料的料位探测,克服了因转矩脉动造成的低速不稳定现象。
A switched reluctance motor drive system is presented, which adopts variable structure control based on variable-voltage to deal with the torque ripple of SRM. This system also adopts chopped current control and angular-position control, which has been applied in solid material or powder material explorer. The control rule of variable structure control is deduced. It was proved by experiment that the system is effective and reliable.
